报告摘要：We are interested in the existence of traveling wave solutions of the GP equation. In this talk, we will use the lump solution of the KP-I equation to construct a family of traveling wave solutions of the GP equation with transonic speed. Compared with the variational method, our construction has the advantage that the precise asymptotic behavior of the solutions can be described.
报告人简介：刘勇, 1980年生，现任中国科学技术大学数学科学学院教授。主要从事椭圆型偏微分方程方面的研究，在Allen-Cahn方程、GP方程、Ginzburg-Landau方程等方面有深入研究。J. Reine Angew. Math., Adv. Math.、Arch. Rational Mech. Anal.、J. Math. Pures Appl.、Anal. PDE、Comm. PDEs、J. Funct. Anal.、Ann. Inst. H. Poincare—Anal. NonLineaire等国际知名期刊上发表多篇文章。现主持国家自然科学基金基金面上项目一项。
