报告摘要：I will talk about the nearly critical Lane-Emden equations defined on a smooth bounded convex domain. When the Robin function on the domain is a Morse function and the exponent is nearly critical, we prove that the equation has a unique solution, which is also nondegenerate. In particular, the above conclusion holds for half balls.
报告人简介：邹文明教授现为清华大学数学科学系系主任、中国数学会常务理事；国家杰出青年基金获得者、教育部数学专业教指委委员；荣获政府特殊津贴。1998-1999年在瑞典Stockholm大学进行博士后研究。2001年至2004年在美国加州 (Irvine) 大学担任访问助理教授和讲师。邹文明教授目前担任国际SCI刊物《中国科学-数学》、《Minimax Theory and its Application》和《Advances in Nonlinear Analysis》编委。邹文明教授在变分与拓扑方法、偏微分方程、 Hamiltonian系统等方面做出了一系列重要的成果，在多个重要方程研究方面的成果处于领先位置。在美国Springer-New York出版英文专著二部，系统地建立了新临界点理论框架和一系列新的临界点定理。他在Math. Ann.，Adv.in Math, ARMA, TAMS，JFA，Ann. Sc. Norm. Super. Pisa，Comm. PDEs等国际著名刊物上发表SCI论文130多篇， MathSciNet显示文章被1248位学者引用3077多次，引发他人大量后续研究。
