摘要：Let $G^\mahtfrak{N}$ be the nilpotent residual of a group $G$. Then $L(G)$ is the set of all elements in $G$ which induce power automorphisms on $G^\mathfrak{N}$ by conjugation, and $G$ is called an $\mathcal{L}$-group if $G = L(G)$. In this talk, we study on $L(G)$ and $\mathcal{L}$-groups. In particular, the structures of $\mathcal{L}$-groups and minimal non-$\mathcal{L}$-groups are described.
个人简介：李保军，男， 1974年6月生，南通大学教授，硕士生导师。2008年毕业于中国科学技术大学，获理学博士学位，2013年四川大学博士后出站。主要从事群论方向研究，主持或参与国家自然科学基金多项，其中已主持完成面上项目和天元青年项目各1项。先后解决同行专家提出的多个公开问题，已在《中国科学A辑：数学》，《Communications in Mathematics and Statistics》、《Journal of Algebra》等国内外知名期刊发表论文40余篇。为《美国数学评论》评论员，四川省数学会原理事，四川省学术与技术带头人后备人选。
